A table you can see fill
Members pick a numbered seat on a live table and watch who else is coming.
How: Seat map designed as the primary navigation, not a list.
Lollipop Lounge is a private poker club. We designed the whole product: member app, dealer and admin views, and the lounge display on the wall, under a neon sign that reads like the room.

Live component
The table room: members check in by QR and the neon table fills seat by seat. Built in code from the product's own design tokens, so it stays sharp at any size.
The product, in motion
The brief
A card room runs on a clipboard and a group text. The app had to replace both for members, dealers, and the host, without losing the feeling of walking into the lounge.

Inside the build
01
Members pick a numbered seat on a live table and watch who else is coming.
How: Seat map designed as the primary navigation, not a list.
02
Show the code at the door and the seat is yours.
How: QR check-in that confirms the reservation and seats the player in one step.
03
Dealers run the table from the same app: who is seated, who is waiting, who is next.
How: Role-based views for member, dealer, and admin from one design system.
04
An upgrade path with benefits members can see before they pay.
How: Membership tiers designed into events, reservations, and seating priority.
