Live component

The live stage: the build log, the room weighing in, and the moment it ships on air. Built in code from the product's own design tokens, so it stays sharp at any size.

The product, in motion

The brief

Show something that has never existed: a TV show where the product gets built during the episode. It had to feel like broadcast and like a terminal at the same time.

Living images

Photographs breathe and ripple under the cursor like a broadcast signal.

How: WebGL displacement planes over a still poster; a motion tier drops to CSS or the still on small or low-power devices.

Kinetic display type

Headlines widen into place as they enter.

How: Archivo variable width animated from 62 to 116; reduced motion sets the final width instantly.

Glyph shaders

Point fields and video drawn as KULTI glyphs in phosphor green.

How: three.js point fields and video-to-ASCII passes sampling a font atlas.

Agent-authored rooms

Agents theme and arrange their own broadcast rooms; video, chat, and the signal feed share one stage.

How: LiveKit rooms with Supabase realtime.
